I new ssc put him on waitlist was b.s. Not making same mistake like I did with armory 3 pack. Waiting for discount and extra rewards. Nolan line passed its sell by date a while ago imo. Too much coming out from star wars and marvel lines, plus other batman related premium format figures. With prices being what they are, this is low on my radar now.

ill give my self till february of next year to get this atleast at 20% off and double rewards. if it doesnt hit that mark no worries i can live without them in my collection

The funny thing is I was about to jump on the wait list for fun yesterday and lo and behold here it is in stock. And here it will stay for months. I do want to get it at the right price. Spooktacular or Black Friday will be fine.

Yeah, no rush with this one. Would be awesome to save 30% on it.

Mine is on its way from BBTS along with a Nightwing DCC figure that's been sitting in my pile of loot for months. Really looking forward to adding a new character to my Batman Hot Toys collection, and to getting a proper Gordon figure. And that Bat-Signal is going to make for some awesome displays.

I know a lot of people are waiting for a sale on this one, but I still can't believe a set with this big of a prop is as cheap as it is. I think a lot of "diehard" Nolan folks are already moving on to the next shiny version of Batman. I wonder if there'll be much more from this property. I'd still really like Lucius Fox and Ra's.

Hot Toys does like to throw a curve ball in there from time to time. Mime Joker is a perfect example of that. But I think the Nolan excitement has died down a lot. You hear a lot more talk of dissatisfaction with Dark Knight Rises than ever before, and modern fans seem more excited about the new stuff than Nolan's. Which is sad, because Ra's seems like a huge oversight to me.

I'm a fan of Batman from all eras (I like the Burton films the best, but enjoy it all), so it's interesting to see the Nolan love fade away. Maybe people are finally noticing the ridiculous way Bale delivered his lines...

I think we can expect an obscure, one off announcement maybe once or twice every year, if that. It would be nice for the people interested to see the following released before it's all said and done. While I'm not fond of all of them (no way would I buy them all), they were no brainers at the time that really should have been struck when the iron was hot,

- '66 Batmobile (proto)
- Returns Catwoman (planned)
- Penguin (planned)
- Arkham City Joker (planned)
- Ra's Al Ghul (planned)
- 1/4 Batman Returns Batman (planned)
- fleshed faced/Civillian Nicholson Joker of some kind (planned)
- Lucius Fox (planned)
- TDKR Armory (prototype)

They mentioned '66 West villains in QnA too, but after seeing their random blue repaint Batman, I have no faith in those coming to fruition.

IMO, all the items listed could be money losers, depending on production costs, which is probably why they haven't been made.

Yeah, that's very true. Especially when we advance further and further away from the initial license announcements, teasers, QnAs and articles that they were originally discussed in. It might not be feasible in the end.

It would also be pretty difficult to make a Ra's Al Ghul if your Begins figure license has expired. Wouldn't make sense to finally put out an Arkham game Joker after all those years if you want to capitalize on a Suicide Squad movie version to entice your potential buyers.

Kinda makes me sad knowing that a Pepper Potts with an Iron Man suit I can't name is probably a better seller than any of those 9 collectibles I listed.

I think it's nice they're making Pepper Potts, though. I mean, I'd go crazy for a Vicki Vale. It's always nice to see a character other than Tony Stark from the Iron Man line.

This is a Marvel summer and they are capitalizing on it. I am hoping that with two high profile DC movies being released next year, that we will see them shift a bit in an attempt to cash in on that.

I'm looking forward to this set. I enjoyed the trilogy and the figures released and am not of the "flavor of the month" crowd.

Strangely enough, I obtained all of my Dark Knight figures within just the last couple of months:

- Armory set w/Bruce & Alfred
- Bane
- Selina Kyle
- Custom Joker
- Scarecrow
Hope to score a Batpod soon, if lucky.

They really need a Two-Face 2.0 and 1/4 Ledger Joker.
