Is it me or the chest piece for the MK45 looks like a finished version of the MK1 chest piece?

And to think there were people denying there would be a MK45 and that Lego was wrong.....:panic: :rotfl

Looks sweet... Dammit I was almost ready to get Heartbreaker too. Man that guy just cant seem to get a break from me!! (Get it, Break) :lol Think I'd rather wait to see what this guy looks like from Hot Toys 1st.

I honestly hope they limit the number of suits in this movie to two or three. Iron Man 3 got a little silly with all of the suits.

I agree. There was a fair bit of Iron Man suit "inflation" in IM3. There were so many suits that it was tough, as a fan, to assign too much value to any one of them.

If they limit AoU to about 3 suits, the perceived value of them, both as a fan and as a collector of 1/6 figures, will be much higher (IMHO).

I honestly don't get why people bought most of those suits. Spend $200 on what is little more than a glorified drone and appeared in the corner of the screen for 10 seconds? Don't think so.

Why do people buy $200 dollies at all? They're just glorified versions of people/characters on screen anyway.

I don't regret spending $250 on the Silver Centurion. It didn't have much screen time, but it's an iconic suit.

I've been looking to pick up a Mark 42 before they're gone but the full wear to the body and the Ultron MK1 have swayed it for me so I've preordered the Mark 43 instead with CollectiblesDirect for £240 delivered which is the best price I can find it for. Now all I need is an AoU Captain America as the preorders for that figure seem to have dried up all of a sudden.

I have a bunch of them and 10 seconds seems a bit generous for most of them. My WM MKII had 0 seconds of screen time :lol

I'm probably going to get the 45 as my main Iron Man for my Avengers team display. I bet by the end of RDJ's run, we may see the final RDJ suit at the Mark 50, or at least that's what I would assume.

I think I'll see what the XLV looks like before I decide which armor (if any) I get from this film. I like the XLIII but I already have Mark XLII which is close to the same thing.

That awkward moment when the mark 43 is 20 bucks less than the deluxe hulk set. Seriously, didn't even notice that.

To be fair hulkbuster is massive though. So we were betting it would be expensive, even without diecast (thank jebus!)

Buster has more screen time than 99% of the iron legion just in the trailers lol

I got on the waitlist January 30th. what are my chances at a conversion?

I just converted today and I put in my WL reservation on December 24.

You should be good though. They always seem to get a bunch converted closer to the release date.

I think that they try to be careful not to oversell. Either that or maybe when they fulfill enough WL they can go to HT and get them to produce more. I don't know for sure just speculating.

Same, well and Python. I get why some people are buying whatever comes from the Legion; Other than Python/Midas and Hot Rod they have all been unique parts while the other 3 have at least nifty paint jobs. Too many for my wallet though.

Could be right there, Assuming Avengers 4 is his last (and no announcement of Iron Man 4 before hand) 5 suits would give him the usual 2 in Cap 3 and then a remaining 3 spread over the Avengers.
