Looks like they replaced the rubber girdle with a multi-segmented plastic one that opens at the back and sides like the front did on the Mk 42. Other than that I'm not seeing any discernible differences, other than the new hat - er, I mean head sculpt.

Love the new colours but this pic really hammers home how light on extras this figure is compared to the 42. Interested to see the new and improved (?) headsculpt.

I don't give a crap about extras that will just stay in the box but I can see kids who play with these figures being upset.

So glad to see this guy is ready for shipping... I agree it would be in HTs best interest to get this into peoples hands (or at least try to) before POs for Mark 45 go up... Now just waiting for the email from sideshow saying it should be shipped May-June 2015.

I was hoping the Mk III would be out beforehand, as that's the one I'm getting. I can understand why HT would wanna rush this and Cap out closer to the film release though.

The exclusive head with red eyes didn't make sense when this was PO'd in December...but with new movie info...it should be a popular exclusive!
