I would bet on system error. Wouldn't be the first time or last that this happened on the ssc website.

I don't see any error, or changes(as the person you replied to seems to think). He didn't say the status changed to shipping soon, only that the estimated release date is a stated range of nov 2015 thru January 2016. Which is what it's been, for a long while anyway. That's still four plus months from now before the end of that range.

Perhaps I quoted the wrong person. One of the guys did say his list said shipping soon which is certainly an error and a common one at that.

Dang I'm bummed he's not in the coming soon picture. Could still drop soon, but not as likely. And my last flex is December. So I bet it gets bumped. Total buzz kill.

I don't know how reliable those "updated release lists" are that OSR will post, but the last one had Thanos down for November. I expected Thanos to be closer to January, but hoped he'd make it this year.

Yeah I saw that. I think the newest one has it for December. Which would mean jan-feb in USA.

I'm sure others feel the same. It's not cheap by any means so I know there will be those that passed based on that. Or those waiting till IW. Even if I wasn't an idiot completist I'd have ordered this one though. Very cool looking figure and "stand".

Most folks seem content to wait for the IW version, but I don't want to wait 3-4 years to have Thanos in my collection. I've been hyped for him since the fig was announced. I'm saving reward points and not ordering until he starts shipping.

I'll get the IW one down the road Ina few years anyway. I'll be happy with this one for now til the time comes

cant wait 3-4 years to get a villian. the amount of villains released in the HT MCU is really small, so i'm not passing it up.

Agreed! Its the best way to tell, and I'm happy with how the figure looks, so if I don't want the throne I could simply sell it

I hope for the Infinity Wars version they give a 2 head option. One with no expression, and one with that evil smile or yelling. I don't really do museum poses so the neutral face is boring to me.

Oh of course not, and I agree an evil smile sculpt would be great for the IW version and yes he looks bored lol
I just said that because you said you were bored and I remember Thanos saying "your politics bore me" lol
