1/6 Hot Toys - MMS281 - Avengers: AoU - Captain America Collectible Figure

Got my package today, sucks that the post office smashed my box and the brown shipper and part of the actual Hot Toys box also got smashed. Never had time to check out the figure yet. Man my figure better not have any flaws.

Sorry to hear that the box got damaged. The boxes themselves are works of art, also.

Hope everything is ok with the actual figure. Post some pictures when you get him up and displayed!

Only Caps I got displayed so far. I really need to unpack the rest. Sad thing is I have TFA Cap with the Avengers team and Avengers Cap still boxed up lol

Very cool display!

Actually, I think it would be cool in IW if we see Cap at least once wear one of his old school uniforms so to speak (TFA or GA), while assembled with The Avengers.

Since Stark designed Caps suit in AOU maybe he'll go back to his GA for a bit. But mostly not because AOU suit looks cooler.

This figure is starting to remind me of that Turbo Man doll that was the centerpiece in Schwarzenegger's Christmas film, "Jingle All The Way".

I gotta say, this is my favorite Cap figure hands down, ordering this figure is what got me into HT's in the first place. But damn, I'm even shocked at the prices this thing is pulling all of the sudden.

Really is a great figure. This is my first human sculpt Hot Toys. I currently only have Stormtroopers and Stealth MK VII. Wow, the realism in hand is just scary. My wife was like "Holy crap that is just unreal, how do they do that?". I do think the left eye on mine is ever so slightly wonky, but ehh whatever. I can only almost detect it in close up straight on photos.
