Finally acquired a loose Avengers Cap for the boots and gauntlets. Been wanting to make this change for a long time. Just need to hunt down the rest of the hands now.

Very nice.. I've thought about doing that too since I got him, but the loose parts (boots & gauntlets) were ridiculously priced. If you still have the original Avengers Cap, how does he look with the blue belt? Maybe even the Avengers head?

I know it... The boots alone were $65 on Ebay. Really didn't wanna pay that. I waited and traded a Thor body I didn't need anymore for a loose Avengers Cap with shield. Later tonight I'll stick the blue belt on and see how it looks. I thought about switching the pants too, but unfortunately the blues didn't match.

I haven't been paying attention but always thought GH's was legit. What's wrong with them now?

Oh, goHastings is legit but it's weird that it seemingly has a whole bunch of these, a figure that's been sold out just about everywhere for months. Are these factory seconds, returns or even bootlegs?

If I weren't already committed to CW Cap, I might roll the dice on one of these...with some reservations, of course.

Quick shot with the blue belt. I actually like it, doesn't look too bad.

Not a fan of the BD shield though, will probably switch back to the metal one.

I'm sitting a on a Brand New AOU Cap to maybe move when I need Money for other things.It's my favorite and best Cap that HT has offered IMO

I mean, they could very well be legit, all of them. There could be a store or two out there where these just didn't move, for whatever reason, and GH was able to get its hands on them, if it wasn't selling them itself.

Same here. I bought another one to keep NIB being that it's my favorite CA figure and suit, but I have a feeling that CW Cap will end up taking its place and that I'll also like CW better than AoU film wise as well.

I figure possibly selling my extra NIB AoU Cap could be turned into a CW Cap.

Was the gloves and boot repainted? Looks more red than mine.

Edit: I think I saw on facebook that the gloves and boots are from avengers cap.

Yeah the boots, gauntlets and belt are from Avengers Cap.
