I'm wondering how much articulation will be in the leg/hip area? As I'm thinking of having him sitting on a Manderain throne/chair holding a damaged Iron Man helmet with Cap's shield, Thor's hammer and Hawkeyes bow lying at his feet.

I'm more tempted by this figure every day :/

That sounds good but I doubt he'll fit in Mandarin's chair the figure is huge.

Precisely why the only Ultron figure I got (and will get) is Prime. He was in this form for roughly 75% of the film, so this version I feel best represents him. By no means is it diminutive, either.
