Yes he will still get RP for the remainder he pays out of pocket. so it's not a complete waste.

I see many of you will use RP to get the price down. I would shop around more. I am reluctant to use RP on items that are full MSRP. There are a few places selling this guy for $65-$70 cheaper. True they don't offer rewards points, but a $70 discount is more than the $40 in rewards points you would get paying full price for this piece. Also other places shipping probably cheaper. $12-$18 and that includes an additional box and packing over the Hot Toys shipper box, which SS doesn't do unless you pay extra.

As it stands right now, I can get Hulkbuster for $500 plus shipping from SSC. I now have $324.45 in rewards. I think I am gonna wait for a few more rewards to become available first before I preorder this.
