When this went up for pre order wasn't there a general consensus that there was more to be included, but it would be a spoiler? I do think the arm is going to be included, not so sure about veronica, just because the arm is part of the hulkbuster. It would be like having to pay extra for alternate looks for a character, then next thing you know we're paying for Starlords helmet or terminators battle damaged arm and that's a slippery slope.

When it first went up, no. Then another company revealed theirs and then people started speculating. But hot toys has never said point blank they had other items to include.

So much hub bub over that stupid fist and Veronica. That crap is staying in the box for life even if HT includes it. :lol

The floating display did look neat though.

It's not really big, but to achieve that float feature it has to have a fair amount of magnets which add a decent amount of weight. And if that weight bumped the overall package over a certain amount it would possibly add a lot to shipping charges.

I haven't caught up on reading this thread, so I apologize if someone has already pointed this out, but I asked my friend to inquire about the magnetic display for Veronica at Comic-con and he said that a Sideshow booth attendant told him that the magnetic "stand" was something that they, Sideshow, devised for their own display purposes for the event. It's possible that the attendant wasn't privy to all the information, but from the sound of it, he was pretty assured, himself.

If they are not that important and sell separately, I will not spend an extra dollar on them.

Wondering the demand on these 2 accessories would be if they are not come with HB

Just plugged in my rewards and I get can this down to $60 a month. I have 5 or 6 things that have shipped or will ship this week. The real gamble is whether or not I should keep waiting for those rewards to clear, or if it will be gone 45-days from now.

Pretty sure it will be there in 45 days...but I ordered mine in the first 5 minutes. [emoji15]

I have 5 items shipping within the next few days too. I'll be waiting until the end of the year to order and hopefully get my rewards up to cover half or so

Most of the time the folks at those shows only do shows and are wrong a lot. Just event staff. It wouldn't work with just a magnetic stand if the unit didn't have a bunch of well placed magnets in it. So unless they also cut it open and put magnets in it it wouldn't do anything.

I don't see sideshow doing anything like that. Is it possible hot toys did it just for the show, sure. But I don't believe sideshow had a hand in it. Makes no sense.

A short, cylindrical magnet was fitted in between the lower four "spires." If you were to gently lift Veronica up and away, you would simply see a hovering cylinder.

Makes sense on how it was done. Just replace the support pole plastic with a magnet. Doesn't affect what I said though. Sideshow does not do that without hot toys consent and knowledge. Knowing if they subsequently offer it for sale without that feature they look horrid. I don't see any reason why sideshow would do it.

Just curious to those who are in SDCC & toy fairs that had the HB is in display. How awesome is this figure on a scale of 1-10? I got my points now @ 295 & I'm about ready to PO.

i'll give it 10 out of 10. no doubt about it. (assume the weahering paint job on the final product can match the prototype standard)
