Did anyone notice that the new arm has wires on it, I wonder if this will be connected to the one battery source, rather than a lot of small ones, or maybe it connects the mains, it could also be just for the display piece idk, pictures on my blog

Yeah we talked about that a bit. Everything from battery pack to robotic/electronic movement was brought up.

Well no one ever said HT business practices made any sense. Leaving their customers in the dark filled with rampant speculation isn't usually a recipe for success but then again HT knows their customers will generally fall over themselves to buy whatever they dish out.

Telling the customers plans doesn't work either. People act like they want to know everything until things don't work exactly like they say and then the customer accuses the company of lies and all kind of stuff. Perfect example..go read what's going on with Mattel and motuc. Mattel talks to fans all the time and it is the biggest source of issue they have. Becuase "plans" change and people get upset by it. It does a business no good to be upfront.

Even hot toys has had these issue. They told collectors they had plans (plans, that's it, plans) for catwoman and penguin from 89 batman. Then a few years later they changed the plans and told fans and now half the people that collect DC/batman call hot toys liars and say they won't believe anything they say. There are plenty of other cases. Look at the Veronica module thing. Hot toys never said it would be included. Or anything else would be. People just read into it and saw another company say they had secret items so assumed hot toys would too...now hot toys is catching flak for not including it. Even though they never said they would. And have actually never said they wouldn't. It just does them no good to divulge any more then they already do.

I see your point and agree that companies shouldn't divulge their future plans until they are locked in and have very little if any chance of changing. Since HT has already officially revealed that Veronica is coming I don't see why that can't reveal whether it will be included with HB or sold separately as an add on. Surely they must know how they plan to sell it at this stage so I don't see the point in not releasing it unless they plan to make it a surprise bonus or something.

They may not know. Hulkbuster is still a year away. Just beucase they have a prototype doesn't mean it's approved from marvel. They may not know how much production costs. Lots of stuff.

OK so maybe I am jumping the gun a bit. I have decided to pick up HB regardless so if they end up adding Veronica it will be a nice bonus.

Not what I was hoping for as far as additions are concerned... I have yet to see anything that would have spoiled any part of the movie like they said it would.
I hope they include the 2nd arm, because 2 different neck parts is kinda lame. BD parts was a given.








As for the "Enhanced Articulation" I never knew how much it articulated in the first place, plus i'd hope they would go the extra mile for this seeing as how expensive it is. It's good to see no doubt, but to make it appear as though it's something new is a bit shady to me. I just don't see it as an additional feature if it's something they intended from the beginning.

HT just uppdated their Facebook page with new pictures and announced some new features: 2 interchangeable neck armour pieces and battle damaged chest armour. And improved leg and feet articulation.

Can't spend money on this as it would eat up my SW budget but it's a cool looking piece.

I definitely like seeing the articulation, especially the hand repulsers and arm parts, but I still doubt I'll ever display it with the MK 43 exposed. I wish they'd let us in on the power requirements for the thing!

That articulation on the feet seems too much... It makes the HB like an onion giant when it moves around...[emoji27] will the armor peel off when it fight Hulk?

Will the MK 43 light-up eyes provide the light source for the HB head...that's what I'm thinking?

I like that it has articulation, but I kinda already assumed it did. Telling us that you improved it isn't really a bonus. It's something you should do in the first place.

And if they added a BD left chest plate. It's only fitting to add the left jackhammer arm to show that the left side has been destroyed, hence a different looking L arm. It's wait & see. I hope they add the arm.

I don't see why they wouldn't include the jackhammer arm since they already showed it at events. I doubt it will be separate because that's just a **** move.

The vernoica module on the other hand I would never display anyway so I couldn't care less if it comes with it or not.

I wouldn't necessarily display the jackhammer arm either but it would be nice if it was included, same with Veronica.
