Wait a minute, was the original talk of inches about shelve space or feet of Hulkbuster? Just look at any of your 1/6 figures and you got your answer, it's possible that the initial discussion was about shelve space :lol

yes, actually the SB staff recommended me a display cabinet with depth of 39cm.
you've got to take into account the extra space needed for posing options. unless what
you need is only a museum pose.

Museum pose is all I need for this big guy! :lol I have a whole year to plan on how she shall be kept.

I think everyone might have misinterpreted motuxmen :lecture

this is the KA's hulkbuster view from the side. the foot may not be as long as 14 inches,
but for a figure of that size, every little movement of its hands or foot will require relatively
large extra space. which should be taken into account i think.:wink1:

I got one free shelf on my Besta waiting for this guy to come...he will fit perfectly in there with 43 and hopefully a workshop tony in front of him. :)

Maybe I am missing something here... but the depth.... it is not 14 inches. Like the depth of his foot is fourteen inches? His foot is bigger than a figure? Does not look that way from the pictures... not even close.

First, you said someone had lied. That's what I was questioning. Second, it's not just the foot. Third, you are using something. Your trying to judge size based on a photo with zero context. This could easily be 14 inches deep.

The feet are huge ... if there's anything that is anywhere near 14 inches deep on the figure it's those hooves. They not only extend out in front of the figure but behind as well.

Thanks for posting these pics. :duff I don't believe the foot's 14 inches from toe to heel - it's likely several inches, maybe 10 tops.

But when you factor in the space you'll need to slide this big bastid into and out of your display cabinet (wow, that really sounds dirty :lol) without scraping anything, you just may need 14 inches of clearance, at least.

Yep. And if you look the mid back sticks out beyond the back of the feet. By about an inch. The prototypes feet are larger then my hand from wrist to end of middle finger. Never checked how long my hand is, but the standard thought that your feet and hand are about the same size...I wear a 12.5 or 13 shoe. So around that size (12 to 13 inches) for my hand. Add the inch for the back over hang and that's 13-14 inches. It's possible with fiddling and a possible smaller production piece it's not as deep. But it's also possible it ends up larger. The stated size of Hulk is 3 inches off. And if you want to offset the feet or do any kind of pose that's not straight up and down you just add more depth. I didn't take exact sizes on the figure at any of the shows but I have no trouble believing this is 14 inches deep, or more. Sure, could be less. But I don't think calling people liars when you don't know yourself is pretty silly.

It still looks close to the size of his hands, which I KNOW aren't 14 inches. Lol Like I said, it's all speculation at this point, I'm just still not convinced.

I agree. It is not 14 inches. It just can't be judging from all the pics. I would go maybe 8-10 inches for depth... if that. Even then.... look at Hulk.... his depth is like less than five inches.... no way the Hulkbuster is three times that.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but your feet are the same size as your hand? Did I read that right? My hand is a little over 7 1/2 inches. I wear a size 12 shoe. Nowhere close to the same size. So your logic is severely flawed if I read that right.

Completely agree. Only time will tell, but I'll be shocked if this thing is anything over 12 inches. I just don't see it especially after seeing all those pictures.

if that feet is 12 inches long, its logical to have a cabinet of at least 14 inches depth. agreed?
