Because the proto's turtleneck was perfect and this new one is oversized just a tad, to the point where he looks slightly pinheaded.

I see. After looking at it one more time, I think the complaints are fairly reasonable. The turtleneck is, indeed, a bit bigger than seen in the movie.

It was teased by plastic enemies a couple days ago. Should be the next figure out.

Really happy with the material they ended up going for. The head matches the body remarkably well for being plastic. You can hardly tell in some of these shots.

For me this is an issue. I dont make a lot of money, in fact this was going to be my first Hot Toys. If I spend $230 it needs to at the very least be 90% on point. If I have to make any sort of adjustments or touch up any spots then I would rather just pass on it altogether and wait for a better version. I know some people can buy this and make it look a hundred times better, unfortunately that person is not me and I dont have the funds to risk it.

You want a great first hot toys figure that 200 percent What a hot toys should be and looks 10 times better than the prototype? Look at mms 300. Mark 45 ironman. You will not be disappointed.

Yeah much closer to the actual suit than the original leather type they had shown. Looks great in those photos. Hurry up Mr. Pool!

Looks amazing, but I really wanna see how he looks standing straight and see how the turtle neck hinders its appearance. When its posed tho, it looks excellent.

It happened with Mark 45 lol. Granted it can go both ways but Mark 45 mms 300 is by far my favorite figure from the marvel line. Just stunning. Look at some of the galleries on the freaks page.

I think it looks great. The turtleneck people are complaining about doesn't bother me at all.
