CS got back to me about my Deadpool figure. They said that they can either check to see if they have any replacements and they'd send me it or they'll give me a $30 credit. The stain doesn't bother me too too much to warrant a replacement figure and taking the chance it could be worse. Especially with his wrists being mint.
