loooooooooooved the movie.

i may get this figure, however, its a shame hot toys didn't have a little more fun with the accessories, a hello kitty backpack would have been a fun bonus.

Licensing Hello Kitty for a backpack is probably not the most cost effective thing they could do. I think they did what they did to get us the best figure they could put out for the best price, and honestly, to me, I'm thrilled with what we're getting.

Really would have liked an unmasked head sculpt but I'm very happy about the interchangeable eyes.

Might get this printed to go with the figure.

Re: Hot Toys Movie Deadpool (2016)???

The movie will have the destroy the WW box office for HT to really consider this.

It's utterly shattered domestic records for February.

I hope HT makes colossus

:exactly:
I'd love to see what they could do with him.

He'd likely be Thanos-priced, but an HT fig of Piotr could be sweet.

Yes you are the only one, honestly unless you had not seen one deadpool trailer and had no idea who the character was whatsoever and just went to see the movie on a whim, I don't know how anyone could be anything but thrilled with how this turned out. Definitely lived up to the hype, and surpassed it in my opinion.

No clue why I don't like Deadpool, I love shows like Archer. I just find Deadpool to not be the least funny (lowest common denominator humor) and I don't love the 4th wall stuff. I always thought the comics were stupid too.

The only reason I saw the movie, was based on the ratings.

Colossus was cool (a favorite Xmen of mine).

It was cool to see an Xmen character was named after a Monster Magnet song. I had never heard of her before.

I saw this movie yesterday and I just fell in love with it. I knew almost nothing about this character but now I've pre-ordered this figure and many other items hitting shelves shortly. It was just a powerhouse of humor, action, and raunchiness that came off as one of the best times I've had at the theater in a very long time. I have to say this is close to my all time favorite movie in this genre. No sacred cows were spared in this movie. Just a ballsy effort and one I will go back and see many times in the theater. Can't wait to get this figure!!!

Just got back from it. Everything I wanted it to be and more. Really showed that everyone involved gave a ****. Looking forward to have this figure troll the more serious, uptight figures on my shelf ;)

I was gonna have my LCBS order him because it looked like I was going to save a good chunk of change until I remembered they still charge a little for shipping plus there's GST. So if I were to save any money going that route, it would only be a couple bucks. So I may as well cut out the middle man and go through sideshow. That way if I have a problem I can just contact sideshow. Plus I won't have to wait who knows how long after he ships from SSC to get him at my comic shop.

Was already planning on getting this figure but after the seeing the movie I couldn't wait anymore. I say bring on the ****ing sequel! Curious to see if this guy will pre-sell out. Looks like most distributors are already except for Sideshow ofcourse who gets the bulk of the shipments.

Excited for the sequel if the movie can push through the backlash of those angry, idiotic parents. The post credits scene was great. Awesome call back to a 4th wall breaking favorite of mine. Also, Punisher Max needs to happen. Give me Fury Max while they're at it.

Agree with you...
I liked the movie, but I think Deadpool was for teenagers... Marvel Studio movies lile AntMan, GOTG, Iron Man, Thor, Cap, are for kids but also for adults... I didn't find hillarious or THAT funny Deadpool, I guess Marvel studios movies are funnier...

Don't get me wrong, I liked the movie, just no more than the ones I mentioned from Marvel.

I keep hearing more and more comments about parents taking their kids. You have to be pretty ignorant of what rated r means to be taking yours kids. Hell, based on the commercials alone I wouldn't take some adults. So honestly, thats what they get.
