I wonder when Hot Toys will reveal the mystery weapons.
How many must have seen the movie to make them not a spoiler anymore?

Regarding the mystery weapons...

Could it be that HT does not plan to release another Cap figure for the next Avenger’s movie (same suit, looks, etc.) and that at least one of the mystery weapons is related/be a spoiler of that movie?

After seeing the film that's what I'm thinking as well. Though I'd be disappointed because...

1)I want another cap figure. 2) was hoping he'd be in a more conventional cap uniform one last time. I'll say I have a feeling you're right, but I suppose it could also be something cut from infinity war.

The only flaw I find with that is that we won't have any A4 content until maybe December this year, or January?? Surely Hot Toys would reveal the mystery weapons before then, and if it was a spoiler for A4 then that would be odd

Saw it last night, not sure what the mystery weapon would be. If it really is Proxima's spear, not really a mystery because that was all in the trailers. If it's a weapon they initially thought would be in this film but was cut, or pushed to the 2nd part, might be awhile before they reveal it. Regardless, amazing film and can't wait for the figure, regardless of what he comes with.

I wonder if the HT team watched the movie and then realized what they thought was the mystery weapon(s) was not in the movie and now are sitting around going "crap, what do we do now?"

Obvious that HT considered the weapon a spoiler, but a spoiler for the NEXT film? With both movies being filmed simultaneously that's always a possibility, but IMO that doesn't make it a slam dunk. Are you saying it's obvious now that you've seen IW?

Yeah just watched the movie at 8:30 this morning was packed for Friday morning. But have no clue what the secret weapons will be.

Judging by the 2nd Q of 19 probable release date of the figure, I have to think at least one of the weapons will be from the next film. At least I hope it is based on what this movie presented.

both Proxima’s spear (which he catches across the track) and Corvus’s spear (when he blocks Proxima). Didn’t realize until after seeing it that he does get to use both.

Or, you know, just a packet of brown dust with Bucky’s name on it.

But yeah, I guess it’ll be Proxima’s spear and Corvus’ glaive? Proxima’s spear seemed like a no brainer and Corvus’s glaive was the only other item he really used besides the Wakanda shields so I think those are the best bets.
I don’t see them branding this as IW and then adding items from the next movie, especially since those would still be spoilers well into the figure’s actual release.

I think it’ll be his shield since this one will be covering two movies
