Got mine. First thing I did was correct the sholder cannons to be the right way around. As per Justins review they were assembled incorrectly. Easy fix. I'm quite impressed with this, massive upgrade from the previous diecast version, not perfect but i'm happy to replace my old with the new.

Tbh I just threw them next to each other, I have him currently standing next to the MK4 diecast doesn't look as bad. Going to need a mark 2 update tho. Using an old plastic mark 2 unleashed, looking at little tiny now

How did you fix the dart missile orientation? I see there's a small "pin" but i can push it out (tried it with a needle) to turn around the rocket pods. Or is there another approach? Thanks. :)

Pretty much what I did. I had a small screwdriver head I use for electronics. Pushed out both pins, corrected it and pushed the pins back in. Just becareful as if you use something sharp it could scratch the paint.

*edit* forgot to mention when putting the pins back once you get half way in wiggle the cannon up and down and it should go in a bit easier

Thanks, Switched the tool - needle was too small. A a board pin did the trick. :) Def. an easy fix like this!

I tend to use the Sideshow Legendary Scale Mk3 as the benchmark. The 1/6 MK3 ver 2 definitely is an improvement over the old one, but the proportions looks off. I think the 1/4 HT MK3 is still the closest to the perfect MK3

I agree man. As much as I love the scale and finish on this new 2.0 Diecast figure. I still feel like my 1/4 has much more natural and accurate proportions.

The 1/4 versions should look better. Really the biggest selling point about them since they have more room to play with in getting the proportions and details right.

That said, they're getting it pretty damn close with this one. I remember being more wowed with the difference on the Mark 42/43 when they released the 1/4 figure for that one. Over the years, I haven't been as impressed with the 1/4 IM figures as the 1/6 figures slowly improved over the years. Like the recent 1/4 Mark 4 hasn't wowed me at all. These 1/6 IM figures are slowly getting more filled out and proportioned. Only took them doing them a million times over. :lol

Dude a 1/4 diecast would cost over $1,000 and weigh like 20 lbs.

The 1/4 MK 3 does have pretty great proportions though. Also prefer the color.

People just don't collect 1/4 action figures... even the sold out ones the aftermarket isn't very high (some are even cheaper than the 1/6 versions).
