I wish I thought of that actually. Since it’s dark now I had to take this one indoors. Hope it helps to see how she can look:

Oh, thanks for doing that. Looks great I think, even if not film specific. The hat helps bring out the likeness to me. I think its the hair that throws it.

It does look pretty good like this. While I still think the hair looks good, I wish it were sculpted a little differently perhaps. Like more locks of hair curling out at the bottoms. Although I wonder if that would’ve affected the articulation. The color could also be lighter. Overall I’m really liking this figure though.

Yeah I was rewatching DeanKnight's review again and it's amazing how dramatically the likeness improves without the hair on it. And I don't think it's just how dark brown it is.

I'm also thinking the eyes need to be lighter as well, since hers are such a striking light green.

Jyn's the right height, but didn't HT make Rey too short (and Finn too tall).

Well, that's how HT treat the expanded universe compared to a real Star Wars film.

On the V1 vs V2.

The Jyn I received from Sideshow has dark brown hair. But under a light you can see light brown highlights. Is that the same for all the first batch?

The one I'll receive from Hong Kong, whenever that comes into stock, will hopefully be the later, lighter hair colour.

And then there's Jyn in Disguise which should be going out this week, with another mystery hair colour.

Can't recall the name, some Chinese Lucky something. But yes it's always a bit of a lottery if they come before or after the Sideshow batch. I've had both. Looks like this time I may beat Sideshow.
