I would assume so if the actual weight is 8kg, but I honestly have no idea with that, unfortunately. I’m in the US, so I don’t have to worry about custom charges.

thank you for answer bro. i think 8 or 10 kg is the weight of the figure box. weighing 22 kg seems like a difficult possibility. its not a statue than

Volumetric weight refers to the overall size of a parcel and is measured in volumetric kilograms. Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the length, width and height of a parcel (in cm) and dividing that figure by 5000 (some carriers use a divisor of 4000).

Which means that the actual weight is always less. Yes, it is probably 8 kilos. Customs usually base their value on the declared cost and not on weight. So, I see no problem with something being heavy and cheap. For instance secondhand shoes in a big box.

in my country limit is 30 kg

22 is ok for me too. But sometimes customs dont like heavy things
