What's the basis of this rumour? They did just ship my two Ahsoka figures despite initially having tried to charge me for postage I'd already paid. Shipped Friday, already in the UK and set to be delivered Monday.

Same boat but 8 orders 6 paid off, 1 getting ready to ship soon. I believe they just updated their cancelation policy. I need to get more familiar with it because if they give back all money now I’m likely to try and cancel everyone. Not worth the risk even though in the past they actually treated me well.

Regarding my conversation with suppliers/stores ß Take it as rumour only as I can’t post my conversation with them, they are still dreaming that the said store will pay for their order one day

They were taking preorder for the HT time machine at least $150 lower than the wholesale cost, just be careful if they do such promotion with QS joker, it just doesn't make any sense to me

I’m excited to pose this guy with the grenade rig. I always wanted a Joker figure with it. I’m surprised they didn’t include it with the DX11. Hot Toys’ 1/4th scale Joker has the grenade rig, but posing him with it highlights how lifeless the sculpt looks. I really wish he would’ve had movable eyes - instead he’s just staring off into space. A solid likeness would’ve helped too.

I wonder if anyone will make a display stand in this style for a Batman? I’d really like to have them standing next to each other - or if InArt makes a Bale Batman that would be great too.

Ordered a ton of stuff with them and never had a single issue. Always very well packaged, zero customs charges.

They did try to charge me shipping again for Ahsoka, probably not happy that I'd paid $47 for DHL shipping two figures before their recent price hikes, but after one email they honoured the order and sent them.

The recent massive increase in shipping costs makes sense if they are having financial issues. Now asking $100 per figure when I got two for less than half that just six months ago. Worrying if things get worse for them.

I have no idea what they’re going thru right now but I’m in a similar boat with them. I’ve bought often from TW, preorders and in stock items, and have never had an issue with them. The most recent orders would be the Fett two pack, Assault Tank Commander and Artillery Stormtrooper. Those orders were fulfilled, shipped quickly and packaged well as always.

I only have 1 order with them thankfully so I’m not in as bad a position as some. But I also have full page screencaps of the product page from the day I ordered and the cancellation policy along with all my order documents ready to send to the bank in case I need to make a claim when it comes time for my PO to ship. Thankfully, my bank has yet to let me down when it’s come to getting my money back after filing a claim. While I’m not currently worried about anything, I am prepared in case ish hits the fan.

That payment plan sure will help if I do go for the rooted hair two pack. Still struggling to decide which way to go on this!

Wow do you have a link to the video? Don't see it anywhere. That looks incredible. Glad to see they're putting in the attention PERs deserves.

I'm really wondering if they already starting production on this figure or not. Wouldn't be surprised if so. Would explain their confidence in trying to release the figure by the end of the year.
