Ahh...the heck with it, no matter how much I tried to stain it, I wasn't getting the look I wanted, :slap

So I decided to soak the Friggen shirt, I'm still working with it. I'm going to add more sweat to him, What do you think? Rory, I'm interested in your opinion especially.

Looks good,

If you plan on leaving the shirt open then you can remove the snap and swap it for the button. That's a common thing when folk pose Indy with his shirt open, the buttons end up on the wrong side of the shirt.

A few quick WIP pics on my Raiders Indy.. Dark here, so bad lighting.. All WIP, I dyed the shirt, started to paint the head, put a load more stubble on him, hair by bloody hair and started to MOD the hat, it just looked too big, so I trimmed it roughly. I'm going to make this one dirty and sandy, This is on a Goemon body, so the shoulders feel much more Indy.. Crappy iPhone pics, flash brings up the sheen too much.., but I think you can see the slightly more Ford like face shape and eyes..

It's as good as it can get. Very awkward looking head to neck join when viewed from the side though. I noticed that on Bruce too when putting the ETD hair on. Luckily I could hide that.

I still maintain that filling out the bottom lip will really help the likeness

I will give credit to you customizers. You guys are brave to take a $230+ figure and make it your own!!
I have never been a customizer so I accept what Hot Toys or any other company has created.

the lips are way too big on this sculpt so I'm minimising them with color.

The lips look better to me...like you say they are too big on the original sculpt (and the mouth is way too wide) IMO, and minimizing them has worked wonders. Great job on the stubble too so far. On my sculpt HT didn't shade far enough up his cheeks, and doing so on yours has also improved the likeness.

Looks great Rorywan - great work you're doing.

On a whim I tried the SS Henry snr suit and glasses on Indy to see what it looks like. I don't really have a need for a professor Indy but it has potential.

If anyone wanted to go this route they would need to swap out the body for sure and mod the glasses as well as fashion a tie.

Let me know what you think.

Yeah, the professor Indy looks great!
Could someone please explain to me what the "guyliner" mod is and how to do it. Ive heard it mentioned a few times but have no idea what it is. Anyone got any pics of it?
Thanks
