1/6 Indy Customizations: Image Thread

Who did the paint up and photography on him? The paint looks very good, but something about the head shape (which could be a lenses distortion) is off.

Yeah, I have a feeling there is some lens distortion going on. I believe the paintup was done by PROTEUS.

Same sculpt. One pic taken with wide angle/macro, the second taken with slightly longer lens - much less distortion.

Wow. What a quality launch this sculpt is getting.

I had high hopes for this sculpt. It looked more like Harrison Ford when it wasn't painted. The chin is still to long for Indy.

I'm still happy with my Indy head. I Keep hoping someone betters it, maybe HT when they release a Han Solo... Or one of us. He's a hard face to get right, very expressive, unusually attractive. Guess that's one of the reasons that like Bogart and Tracy, he's just looks like a classic actor. And again, Trevor's work speaks for itself years later and much smaller!

I like the wgp sculpt but i think the face should be a bit wider. The hat is also a bit too small.

That has been a recurring theme with Ford sculpts. Nearly all of Trevor Grove's Indy and Solo sculpts I have seen look freakin' amazing in their raw form. When painted, they don't look so good in the majority of cases (the Raiders PF maybe being the major exception). Not sure why that is the case, but I think it is something to do with Ford.

My stock ht jacket could use an upgrade as well
