The biggest obstacle for him has always been finding the right material, and Shortround told me that apparently he's found the material. So now I can only assume it's a "when time permits" kind of thing. Then again, he has been taking on projects recently...

That's the last piece I've been waiting for. Passed on his KotCS jacket, though awesome, and not entirely thrilled with the SovS jacket I do have. I can't wait to have my dream Indy setup realized.

I'm still happy with my Indy head. I Keep hoping someone betters it, maybe HT when they release a Han Solo... Or one of us. He's a hard face to get right, very expressive, unusually attractive. Guess that's one of the reasons that like Bogart and Tracy, he's just looks like a classic actor. And again, Trevor's work speaks for itself years later and much smaller!

Mine is the SSC sculpt. Modded and repainted.

Sculpted a higher crown and added the fabric band from the HT hat.

The hat is one thing no manufacturer has cracked yet, maybe the WGP one will address that. Thing is, it's only designed to fit that head.

That has been a recurring theme with Ford sculpts. Nearly all of Trevor Grove's Indy and Solo sculpts I have seen look freakin' amazing in their raw form. When painted, they don't look so good in the majority of cases (the Raiders PF maybe being the major exception). Not sure why that is the case, but I think it is something to do with Ford.

Ford almost never has a nuetral expression on his face. There's almost always some expression to be read, and his mouth/lower face is almost never symetrical. He's good some serious Elvis lip.

Most guys who sculpt Indy don't account for this.

Very true, which is why I think the SSC Raiders PF sculpt is still one of the best to date.
