For those of you who may remember, I got rid of all the red.

It's the HT muscle body with the narrow arm mod. It not only narrows out the body and makes the clothes fit looser but gives the body Ford's shoulder slouch. I just got done resculpting the fedora on a SS sculpt and hope to paint it this week. Then I will compare and see which one will be my go to for Indy.

what did you do - raise the crown? Will you be selling casts?

Why don't those "in-hand" pics show up in this thread? It is the custom Indy thread after-all.

Bingo! As for selling casts I wouldn't feel right, it's Trev's sculpt and all I'm doing is making the hat crown the correct size and shape for the Raiders Cairo bash that the SS hat brim already suggests.

Cool man! Really great to start seeing all the different takes on this headsculpt. It's hard to even believe they are actually here!
:clap

Thanks, man. Though not perfect I'm quite happy with this sculpt. It's definately an improvement over Sideshow's german Indy that I've been using up till now.

Wait until you see more paintups before deciding.

Yeah, when silentsurfer hits these WGP Indys it will be interesting to see what he can do.

That WGP Indy thread just died though. Tend to agree with Raymond at this point - the sculpts seem a little underwhelming with any paint on it at all. Very strange. They seemed like home runs in the run-up.

Murderofcrows71 shaved the chin a bit because he said it looked too long and did a really nice job - maybe that's the issue.

And great work too Mightyjabba - that last shot on your thread looks really sharp! It's a very nice paint-up - did you do that?

Despite the good paint ups and nice bashes of that WGP head I just don't like it. I want to, but I just don't.

Same here unfortunately. I have one and I've been thinking about selling it. :lol Although I think the miling one looks miles better than the Traditional when painted.

Thanks. Yes, that's my paint-up.

Kinda my thought when I finished mine. It looks good and the likeness is there but something seems off. Maybe the face is too thin and long? I've decided to go back and rework the sideshow head, the only issue I ever had was the factory paint and the fedora crown being to small. When done I'll compare them and decide which goes on my display figure.
