i don't know though. I've always liked that sculpt, there's been some good lc bashes using a kotcs head.
I played around with it on a muscle body a few years ago and it looked pretty good:
What shirt have you used?

I have to agree that's a very underrated sculpt, and could easily make for a great LC Indy after reworking the sculpt a bit (by closing the mouth and smoothing out some of the sags and wrinkles).
If you painted out the greyed hair with brown it might (kind of) work as a ROTLA "in pain" Indy. I'd love to see that sculpt "de-aged" though - it really is quite good. Someone with your skills would do a great job on it.
That thing is friggin spot on!I think the Medi KOTCS looks plenty "Indy" and not just like "some old man." The sculpt isn't any smaller than the Hot Toys head. In fact, the HT Hat won't even fit on the Medicom.

We'll have to agree to disagree then. I think it's one of the best Harrison sculpts out there from any angle. And there's NO Kato clothes on mine. Sideshow Pants, Shirt and Jacket. That's the best I've seen that sculpt look with a repaint. I especially like how you've coaxed the likeness out of the chin/jawline area, and the stubble and skin tone is spot-on.
But zooming in on the face (and away from that great Kato/MF gear,) I still don't feel it's strongly recognizable as HF. As everyone says, I guess it is subjective - taking that face and putting it on a generic suit/tie body (i.e. removing the iconic Indy outfit/gear from the picture) I'm not sure would read as HF to me.
A few people are huge fans of the UU ROTJ Han, and someone on here did a truly unbelievable job on rebooting it into Indy, but the stock figure only has a passing resemblance to HF to me. We all wish for a "definitive" Indy sculpt but given the widely varying opinions, my guess is maybe it doesn't exist. Look over that HT Indy thread for headsculpt likeness "votes" varying from very poor to incredible.

Here is is without the gear. My apologies in advance:
It's an MF Holster and Whip. I cannibalized a belt and the buckle from my parts bin.yeah, the overexposure of your original pic made the shirt look a bit like the Kato shirt - that was the only part I thought was Kato (he has little flat discs as buttons, the SSC has those little ball thingies, and the exposure made the shirt closer to Kato's shirt color.) That is an MF rig or did you make that? Looks great.
Yeah, agreeing to disagree is what this forum is all about most of the time.
