Alright guys, I got her hung up, and my Temple Indy's about where I want him. Still need to pick up a whip, and I'm having some "issues" getting the SS shoes to fit on that Triad body. Plus, in true Triad fashion, the footpegs were destroyed when I removed them, so his feet are temporarily fixed until I come up with something.

Thanks for all of the + feedback on this project.

It is brilliant, and I want it.

Three suggestions if I may be so bold:

1) No sidebag

2) Break one the upper boards (from when Mola Ram snaps it by accident)

3) The face painting is PERFECT. The Temple of Doom hat (OK, hats), is very specific, there is a dent at the back, etc. My guy worked on mine for several days (matching it to the DVD and other various reference materials), perhaps the below stills "might interest you".

Regardless, having said all of that (OK, wrote that), it is the nicest custom piece I have ever seen. Well done!

Anyone thinking about getting Paul Carsons Indy i suggest doing so. This sculpt in hand is very nice and gives Indy a different look. Great job Paul!

Man, that is a nice Indy sculpt! One question...is the hat you have on there the loose one that comes with SS Indy, or one that has been removed from the hatted head?

And yes, where can we get one????

Hi all,
I thought I would share some images of my repainted ROTLA Indy 1:6 scale figure. That I repainted for my brother.
I completely re-worked the doll. I re-painted the head, the hat, distressed the clothing (especially the jacket), re-painted the boots, whip, holster, guns, gloved hands, and has added wear and sweat stains to the belts and bag strap.
I even found a seller on eBay who sells micro-weaved bullwhips! They really do crack when you flick them.
We are now working on a display diorama for him to stand on of the temple entrance from the start of ROTLA with the stone demon. As soon as we have images I will post them.
Here's a taster!

Im also starting work on a Temple of Doom Indy.

The album can be viewed at: https://img33.imageshack.us/i/rotlaindyfront.jpg/

Let me know what you guys think!
Thanks
Greggo
