I would be surprised if it was even more than 5%; there are just so many people, and those on the forums are, by comparison, so few. We are in the minority after all.

Ok, derailed long enough, focus people, KICK ASS figure is shipping and arriving to us.

Well this week my son and I battled our way through battle droids to rescue the queen, while my daughter (who was being the queen) overpowered her Gamorrean Guards and leapt from the air hockey table prison into the awaiting arms of my SSC Qui Gon as my son used his TPM Obi Wan to dispatch Bossk and Greedo.

Hopefully next week I can use Ben to do battle with the Tusken Raiders who seem to have a mythical fear of blue light sabers.

Just got Ben today, technically arrived yesterday... but he was on my doorstep for 24+ hours since I was out of town :monkey1

Anyway, there is nothing else I can really add except to reiterate that this is as near a perfect figure as we've seen in this Line! Sideshow really just got everything right with this figure. The paint work is stunning, and the sculpt remains so much of the detail and artistry of Trevor's work!

This is what the line is about... and I just hope that we can continue to see this amazing level of quality :rock

Short changed again!:monkey2

Glad to hear you got yours but what the heck is going on?:lol This is the second time you've gotten a fig that I haven't even recieved a shipping notice for. You know somebody at SS that's helping you out gboy?:D

Thats funny since Evilface seems to get the figures about 3-4 days before me. You would figure areas would get shipped around the same time, but especially figures going to the same city?!?

Oh, and one thing I did want to add... Ben's face does not look too shiny in person. My one minor concern from some of the early pics was that he might be a bit on the glossy side. But in person it looks really good.

Thanks for sharing that, I had the same concerns off initial pictures, but for some reason, some lighting tends to add a shine to the Sideshow paints. The ROTS Anakin and Obi-Wan prod pictures on Sideshow's site look semi-glossy and the figures in hand were far from glossy, especially Obi-Wan.

I know what you mean... thats why its always important to wait till the figures are in hand before making a final judgement. So many look odd when you see pictures, but in hand are fantastic.

But still, I think I've yet to see a bad pic of Obi-Wan... maybe a little glossy looking. But still he's just awesome :rock

Ben arrived all the way from the states today (a day after Christmas) and I just wanted to say he's my new favorite SW figure! After Maul he's the best looking figure yet. I really wish this was the standard for all of the figures. The likeness to Sir Alec is arguably the most accurate portrait to date, and I'm so happy to finally have this one! Now I just have to find a way to illuminate the Leia figure to look like a holo-projection...
:chew :chew :chew

Thats been my concern and I'm glad to hear this isn't gonna be an issue.
