Need help please, what neck adapter would I get for the sculpt to fit on to a HT DX14 body. I tried the one from DX12, but it's too small. Thanks in advance!

The one on the DX12 is an anomaly. That's the only one like that. Any plug that comes with one of their slim or regular bodies should do.

Here's a four more repaints of Ben I've done over the last couple of months... he remains a popular one and with good reason. It's an incredible sculpt :lecture

I never got a picture of this one before I hand delivered it to Waller... so this was a quick shot while en route :lol

I honestly don't think you could get a better sculpt than this one. The body and paint could be improved though. Like an idiot, I had one with a sweet repaint, and sold it :/

I'd agree... just a new body, hands and paint and you're in business. A bit of futzing is also needed, but that's free :lecture

With what I'm doing it costs about $75 to have a great looking Kenobi... $50 for paint, $20 for the body and another $5 or so for some of the newer HT hands. Since the original figure was only like $75 that's not a bad deal in todays market :lecture

My obi wan is at the painters as wee speak when i get him home and make his mock turtle neck shirt I'll post my completed old Ben. right now he is headless sitting on my shelf holding his light saber. Does anyone know how those light up ones with the hands work and what body to put it on. does it have to be HT or is a clone not going to work.

The Episode 1 Obj is one a specific body that has a detachable arm with a light up saber. I think it may run on batteries but could be wrong. But you can use any body you like if you want to buy one of the custom sabers. I believe they have a wire that comes out the bottom of the saber handle that you can run up the sleeve and out the back/bottom of the robe to an outlet. A few people bought them, does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Anyway, very nice Obi paint ups, GB. Your eye work is getting really good, man. Those look like real eyes in the first pic. They have depth.

A question, I remember some time ago someone found a better turtleneck for Obi on ebay. A few people bought them, does anyone remember? I'd like to pick one up.

Does anyone know how to get the jig saw puzzle stain on his Jedi robe that's on his right shoulder and left under arm. I'm afraid it might spread on this fabric.

I would've agreed with this until I saw the leap in quality from Trevor's first Walter White to his recent one. The first was exceptional, but the second one was just that much more refined.

True. If HT can do the skin texture thing then SSC should be able to as well.

Not sure if I'd bother replacing this Old Ben with a HT one but I'd be interested to see it done.
