With the next Marine I want to sort out the final thing that is bugging me which it the thigh armour...I could never get it to sit how I wanted... but this time I will sort it.... I think it looks so much better!

I used a razor saw to cut down the back of the thigh... I had also dremeled it out to be a lot thinner to.
I may either fill it or just put a plate over it..... I am not fussed about the little imprecations in the armour as it makes it looks more worn and battle beaten

Yeah the thighs were always a slight issue with you lol. I wasnee too bothered but it was slightly more noticeable on my Ultramarine hence the belt/leg plates, plus i thought he needed that extra bit. Their really easy to make just some plasticard slightly heated to curve it a bit then bung some milliput on.

Now good evening all.... El Calvo your marine is sooo close to being finished and I have a few pics to put up this evening

First up your back pack...

I want ed to add some side vents and a few bolt heads...

I think the side vents and bolt heads transform the backpacks... I think I should have added the bolts to my original pack before I cast it ... But I kind of like adding them on in different places on each pack..

Next is the bolter... the bolter Cbob made is stunning.. but I just like to personalise them slightly. so I have recovered the barrel, drilled a whole and inserted some double thickness plasticard tube and drilled through it. Just need cleaning up.

Hhaha nice one Kash.... if you have not seen the movie... you are not really missing much... it had so much potential.. but lacked a good plot.... the coming Game however looks immense... but alas I only have a mac... so will not be able to play it
