Got my snake today. The boots lean really bad and won't stay on his legs.

Did anyone else notice that his revolver won't fit in the hoslter? You can get it in, but you can't close the straps, because they aren't long enough.

I don't mind the sculpt, but there are enough little problems that are adding up and I'm considering sending it back.

Both can be closed with the weapons holstered. It just takes a good amount of futzing. A pair of tweezers are invaluable for this, plus a bit of superglue (the nubs on both of my holsters broke off and needed to be reglued).

Better to just never think that... Sideshow just doesn't seem to have the commitment to quality needed. I appreciate the licenses they acquire and many of the design choices, but I can't think of single 1/6 figure that has matched the quality of a HT figure. Some have come close, but there's always at least 1 fairly serious ****-up :huh

Well, their Snowtrooper was as close to HT quality that I think they can get. Can't really say there is much room for improvement if HTs tackles that one.

Yeah, Snowtrooper is definitely one of the best... not the best body, but I didn't have any major issues even with it.

Granted ....but if you can't get Stormtroopers right, its time to just close up shop and give up :)

A non-wrinkled mask would go a long way to encourage army building. Some of the customized masks on this board have been amazing.

I just received mine, kinda disapointed by the face paint. Really different from their promo photos. I won't sell him but I'm bummed.

Yeah were all pretty disappointed with this, it's very doll looking and cheap. Although it's better than absolutely nothing, but not worth this cost. SSC needs to stop putting out products that are 10 steps below what is shown in the press photos.

I also had to pay 50$ taxes, so I've spent nearly 300$ on this. After months of delays, I didn't mind, but the fact that the final product is so different from the promos is super disappointing.

I've never had this problem with Hot Toys or even Enterbay. Oh well at least I'll be weary with sideshow from now on D:

Nearly $300? Goddamn. Were so spoiled by other companies. SSC has more cult classics coming out in due time, and they'll look just as cheap as this probably.

I cancelled this after reading all of the bad reviews :lol. But, $300, my God, that's terrible, Matcha... :monkey1.

SSC needs to step up their game. This poor quality of production is just unacceptable.

Well with shipping to Canada and Taxes so yeah.... :/

Will the heat mess up the figure or will it loosen up the joint? I messaged sideshow to see if they can help or at least mail me a replacement body. Shipping this figure back to them will cost me 60$-70$

Just don't go overboard with the heat, you should be fine. Don't put it on a high setting, you just wanna warm it and lightly put tension on the joint immediately after. Hopefully, it's not a frozen joint.
