I don't think we should be rewarding SW for their mediocrity, sure this figure looks really nice after being modded to hell in most aspects, but that doesn't change that the stock figure is pretty **** and doesn't even come close to its own prototype. Unfortunately doesn't seem like they're willing to change though.

I'm about 98% sure that head sculpt was actually made my MTTOYS. I believe @R_R_X mentioned awhile back that MT and SW were working together on a Trilogy Lara figure, and it wasn't the one MT released awhile ago either.
And it makes sense, since the way this new sculpt is styled doesn't look like the usual SW sculpts at all. It might have been painted by SW though.

There has never been a Lara in 1/6 that didn’t sell for more later. Even the terrible ones. It’s always worth buying these on release as you can always sell later if you don’t like it and almost certainly at no loss and even a profit.
