Slikkerias thanks for sharing images. I might just buy that and use it as I'm trying to find new options to weather my figure as using acrylics mostly gets risky with pleather. And awesome job on your figure.

The Eleven Max sculpt arrived today.

The painting is top notch, as I've come to expect since receiving Vimal Kerketta's Bernthal Punisher which Eleven also painted.

It's not quite screen accurate Fury Road Hardy, but it's close. Like a few weeks after Fury Road ends...

Gonna use the Eleven sculpt on the AF fig. Hopefully will get the VTS set tomorrow, got the email from Kitbash.

I thought OSK sent theirs out early, compared to KG. But HK post does funny things - sometimes waiting days or a week before it moves, then disappearing off the radar completely.

Looking back at my photos I see I was so concerned about photographing the head that I failed to realize his vest had become completely unfutzed from moving him from the cabinet.

I'd posted some pics earlier with the brace the correct way around. I haven't been able to work on it since then due to illness unfortunately. I love a lot of what you Guys are doing with your figures though. I really love to see this and all the sharing of ideas.

So when you flipped it and tightened the straps is the brace accurate upside-down (or the way its supposed to be)? Meaning, the metal bars in the right place on the legs?

Thanks, just look back om the thread. I posted a picture of the stuff I'm using.
If you intend to handle your figure a lot you should probably use another method though as the weathering will rub off.
So now I switched the shirt and turned the leg brace. I'm starting to really dig this fella!

Got my Eleven Tom head for Max today. I have to say it looks much better in hand. The likeness is closer to Tom than the VTS's. Also added the chain cutter to the accessories. (Wish I had a better camera.)

It's weird. The 11 sculpt has all of Hardy's features down, but something isn't clicking for me. I still prefer the VTS one, even if it does have it's downsides. If the hair and sides of head were transplanted from the 11 VTS it would be really close. One of the things that throws off the VTS are the eyebrows. Hardy really didn't have the peaked brow style he has in real life going on in FR.

After seeing the Eleven sculpt it looks good. Alot better then the preorder pics. Might just pick it up later.

yea, the paint work is great, but likeness, can't see Tom out of it.

I don't see Hardy in the Eleven head either.

That Eleven sculpt looks more like William from Westworld to me.

Also, am I the only one who sees a bit of Michael Keaton in the VTS sculpt?

Tom's a bit of a chameleon, and looks different himself through Fury Road. From thinner faced to fuller.

The VTS is more the slimmer faced Hardy.

I see why the 11 has many of the Hardy features, but when I see it I'm just "I have no idea who that is." Whereas the VTS is recognized instantly as Max... not sure why. Of cause the hair must have something to do with it also, but not just that...
