Even if it's a long wait, I hope they give us a leather jacket Poe at some point, even if it's a lower-run exclusive. One thing about this figure... how do you think the helmet will work? Will his hair come off and you put the helmet on? Or will the helmet separate into two halves to place onto him?

Who knows if the helmet will even be able to go on the head.

I think they'll do what they did with farmboy luke and make the hair removable and replaceable with a less bulky hairpiece.

On another note, do you think the delay on releasing this figure has to do with them perfecting the head sculpt?

Who knows if the helmet will even be able to go on the head.

I know we're in an era where HT seems to be cheapening some aspects of these figures, but I can't imagine they'd go that far.

Two head would be my preference. But knowing the heads are one of the most expensive parts of a figure, I'm guessing that's unlikely.

I think you're probably right. Poe MIGHT have hair that makes that possible, since it's a little longer. It's not always my preference bust because I worry about seeing the seam. But it might work. I REALLY hope the delay is getting it just right. Because after this long of a wait, it really should be perfect.

Seeing that all but those two have gotten their product pages on Sideshow, that's possible.
Just noticed that group shot is missing TLJ Space Leia in it.

Poe looks better there than in the catalog pics. Don't know if it's a different sculpt or different lighting or what, but that's looking pretty great.

Well they already held off for a really long time with Poe from TFA. That would be like double dipping on delays with him.

Exactly. Now would be a good moment to release him. Many fans turned into Poe fans after TLJ, so they better not wait any longer. And when did HT post the teaser on FB? Two months ago?

Don't forget the home video release. They're already backed up with a handful of TLJ figs - let them time this so they can get it out with the movie. Consider that this figure technically had a lot of it's R&D done before TLJ came out - it would be totally feasible to have a quick pre-order turnaround if they play their cards right.
