Looking forward to adding him to my collection. I'll have to wait a few more weeks for him though.

Nope, fins are locked -- and will be the first thing to snap off on a shelf dive. CAUTION!

Well the head movement does allow for better hunch -- I even got the mysterious "hunch" on the back without padding -- seems well placed shoulder plates can achieve the look for the most part.

But you guys be the judge...

These two pics really make me want this fig now. Was on the fence but he poses great with the cape and hands held behind his back.

Nice pics.

because someone asked for it...

Got an e.mail from Sideshow advising I now have the option of having him shipped early. Hopefully it goes out tomorrow or Monday. Last flex was scheduled to go out on March 5th, so this'll save me a couple of weeks. :)

Wow now im relieved to see he can actually achieve that! Thanx man! :yess:

So, to you guys that have him, any buyers remorse?

Wor-Gar, does he feel stable, and is he using the staff for support on posing?

Not stable at all. He can't use the heavy pole for support. I have him attached to the stand now (see hidden behind him in the new pictures I just posted). I hate stands and never use them but for this guy it is a must -- and Sideshow has delivered a very functional stand.

No buyers remorse now that I have a satisfactory half-hunch. He's a really fun figure -- I haven't toyed with a figure for three days in I don't know how long. Endless posing options. Lots of weapons. And a cape.

And we haven't even seen the dynamic fight poses yet!!!

Are you afraid or weary to try them out your self?

I want to enjoy my current pose for a bit (meaning too lazy to start all that joint-setting again for a new pose). That, plus I did a half-hearted fight pose earlier on yesterday -- crouched legs and 4 sabered arms -- pics are back a few pages now.

Nice pics. Would be nice if General Grievous had his body guards. Hopefully SS will get around to making them.

Yep, I'd like a Magna Guard now. Although, I kind of like Grievous being the only droid on my shelf with a cape.

More great pics. Can't wait for this figure to arrive. In regards to the stand, I wonder if the new HT dynamic stand with the bendy arm might be a good fit for him... kind of bulky, though, and not sure how it'd work with the cape. This is definitely a figure where it being metal would've made a lot of sense, IMO. At the same time, why look a gift horse in the mouth, as they say. Pretty grateful just to see something like this in production.

Glad to see I'm not the only one wanting the Magna Guards. Know what you mean about the cape, Wor-Gar, but those 'bots look fantastic with them, too. Love the way they're folded to cross the chest.

I got mine this afternoon but the mask is defective, it has big drop of some sort of resin or dry glue. I already asked for a replacement.

Damn 2 out of 2, my Vader's helmet had broken tusks as well, I just hope my 501st and Boba Fett are free of flaws.

In then mean time I had to put his battle damage mask.

^^^ Man, you didn't mess around -- went right for the fully-loaded Grievous! :clap

Sorry to hear about the mask. Unexpected QC issue there. I would have expected a cracked or broken toe or ear or something.
