I'd buy ALOT less if that were the case personaly. And i tend to think most others are teh same way.

Yeah, I get that part... but not just one eye. And like it was mentioned more than just his face was damaged.
Either way the whole thing looks great and as long as it's not ridiculously priced I plan on getting it.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say if it'll save me a couple of bucks by all means ditch the "burnt" mask. In fact I can't really think of any scenario where someone is gonna spend the $$$ on this guy to simply pose him dead at Obi Wans feet.
Maybe he got a black eye in one of the cartoons.

The exclusive will sell out. Don't worry about that. And like anyone would display Grievous laying down because of a blaster mark on the mask... kind of a re-re assumption.

The "damaged mask" would most likely reference the clone wars since that is the direction they are taking the PT figures in. But I could be wrong.

HAHAHAH that made me LOL. But I don't see why people wouldn't want the BD mask if its going to look like the one from the CW. Not going to push the price up much and its a cool thing to have if you want to pose him and some droids fighting clones for a dio.

The Battle Damage EX is awesome! I do love that episode of the Clone Wars. Best episode in my opinion.
