Holy, wasn't expecting nearly that amount on engineering on Grievous. Very impressive! If I ever got him, I'd have to invest in four of katkuru's cold cathode sabres for him on display. That would look amazing. Looking forward to seeing how others here will display him. He's got way more articulation points and posability than I was expecting. Very cool. Sideshow's really had an impressive showing this year. Just gotta hope now that they fix up Vader for production.

Nice. as I suspected, it's a production piece. What are we thinking, Deluxe Vader pricing? 249?

I'd LOVE to ee 200$ again, but I doubt it.

Yeah, $250ish seems likely. He's got a lot more unique sculpting and what-not complared to Vader, but limited soft goods which will probably help balance out the price.

Funny that 2 years ago they'd give him a $200 pricetag when it was an early proto. Now that it's nearly the final product they step back and give him a TBD :lol

I'm definitely buying one. The only problem I have with it is that it looks a bit toyish in these recent pictures/videos. I guess better lightning could fix that.

yeah the in depth video does show more and does make it look nicer. its still a possibility for me. but from what i can see, things are looking up and better for the ol general. did i hear that right in the video, matt said they were trying for a before end of year release?! that would be nice and unexpected if it did in fact make it out by then.

Seems to me that if the figure we are seeing is a production copy, there should be no "pre" order. It should be a live order.

a live order... how i would love a live order.

i believe we would all buy a lot more toys if live orders were more common.

Looks good to me and I will be one of the first in line to by him the only thing that unsettles me is the ratchet joints. On a figure like this ratchet joints seem like a necessity but if any of there past figures with those joints are to go off of I will be a bit sad but still super happy to finally have a grievous to add to my battle droids.

Wow, what a difference a video makes. It looks so much better than it did in the pics from SDCC. The arm pistons are a great idea.

Price will be the deciding factor for me.

Wow. I love Grievous the character, but I never thought I'd love Grievous the figure as much as I do now, thanks to Wendy and her team's video. Really nice of the SSC rep to demo the great engineering work they've put on it as well. Can't wait to PO!
