Mine also says "Item shipping soon" but I called and was told my credit card was processed and went thru. Their site may be slow, you may have been charged.

...Perhaps the low alert is a bit of a game, meaning the amount they have available coming in on this first shipment and more will come on the 2nd boat. I can't imagine they didn't make enough for a lot of orders. But maybe, just maybe, Sideshow played it safe and only made a limited quantity. Like that silly OOM-9.

I'll be really surprised if that low quantity alert on the regular isn't what you've described above (i.e., it's referring only to their first of many shipments). Given how much they must have spent on him, I figured the regular run would be massive so that they could make as much as possible off the unique design. Boba Fett lasted a year, so I expected something similar for both Vader and Grievous. Would be bold indeed if the regular run was small enough to sell out this quickly.

Or there was not all lot of orders for it (Grievous was never as popular as other SW figures) and all the extras went faster than they expected.

Yes, hopefully I will get a notice tomorrow night. But with the holiday coming I imagine I won't get a notice until Tuesday night at the earliest.

Does 'shipping soon' mean I've been charged? I dont usually order direct from sideshow so its kind of new to me. I've been watching Grievous centric Clone Wars episodes the last few days getting more and more excited. He will look awesome next to my Wolffe and Ganch (assuming Ganch shows up in time).

Good to know.. I get my stuff Fed Ex and I thought they were closed though but I just checked and they are open and packages are moving. I just assumed it would be closed like USPS. Guess I was wrong and for once I am happy about it.
