You guys have me rethinking my EX.

I emailed SS about the "shipping estimate" but they never responded. My guess if even though I'm like 20 miles from SS it's gonna cost me another $12 minimum on top of the $15 in CA tax. That puts this guy over $200 for the blade.

That's part of it. I got so burned on Jack Sparrow -- still don't have it -- by trying to save a few bucks that it really soured me, and now if there's a problem I don't have the great SS CS to rely on either. So a few bucks might be well served...especially with these 'breakable' robots.

You STILL don't have Captain Jack? Holy crap! Lord knows I try to watch every penny but I do stick with the same couple of retailers, mostly AE though... Whoever you bought from must be getting their supply from the second batch.

Is there any difference between batches? Sometimes the second batch can be a good thing.

Not that I know of... I just know that there was a split shipment from HT to SS, which is why AE, for example, had early and late shipments.

N/P. I ordered late through AE, so once I found out that I would be a second shipment guy I cancelled, right before the cancellation fee was about to kick in, and bought one that TA had on hand. It was worth the extra 15 bucks.

If Spurs can stay healthy they have a chance.... But I have to admit, even I'm getting a little nervous now. Kinda silly since we've JUST over the halfway point though.

And yeah, this looks to be a winner, all the way. Sure, I'm STILL curious to see the legs extended but that should take care of itself in time.
