Thanks, Flosi.

If I were not holding it in my hand, I would not believe that this figure could be this incredible. The way I imagined it, even with the comments in this thread, did it no justice.

Yes, he is that awesome.

IG-88 was my most anticipated droid. If this is a sign of things to come, then I'm really excited to see stuff like 2-1B and FX-7. Or anything from the droid sale.

I had to use pliers on one of mine finally. Wrapped a cloth around the shoulder and put a lot of pressure on the shoulder itself (NOT the arm). IT finally turned and is now posable. But I was reluctant to use so much force, figured I can always get a replacement from SSC if I broke it.

If I break mine, would you be willing to swap with me and get a replacement from Sideshow?

I did the same thing -- pliers and a rag. But they only turn with the pliers, not by my fingers or hand, no way. Cut my finger trying to turn it. I guess I need to rotate with the pliers many more times maybe to get it loose.

You didn't believe us...

No, I thought it was those other two (less spikey) spikes above his legs/hips you guys were talking about and being wimps!

That thing is a hypodermic needle. I think I had the bandolier just right so it covered it previously.

Nobody has mentioned it, but I love the Vibro blade. Really crisp/detailed sculpt and three different shades of metallic paint. Much better piece than I thought it was going to be.
