1/6th Scale Sideshow Boba Fett Figure

I doubt it. The Regular version comes with the light-up base. It's the Exclusive base with the logo it doesn't come with, and that's worth maybe 5 bucks, at most. So it will most likely be $174.99 as well, which kinda is lame after they marketed it as $159 at SDCC (and that's with the light-up Bespin stand). How were they off by 10%? Most likely they just figured they could get that much more for it with the other 1:6 prices going the way they are.

I'll order the Regular from a retailer.

Means Grievous is gonna be something like $219.99 minimum by the time he comes up for order. Less mixed media but sheer size and base body intricacy should boost the price over $200.

Do retailers only offer 10% less? -- if so Fett's gonna be $158.

But I gotta have Fett in my collection. How can you not?

If these were cheaper, and not being released around the same time as the Burton Batman stuff, I'd buy two.

Looks great as we knew from the shots at SDCC. Will try and get an exclusive Friday but won't be heart broken if I'm unable to snag one.

Hope he ships sooner rather than later...like 1Q 2012.

No way this is shipping till right before SDCC.

I have no doubts Fett will be ok. I think over the last year or two SS has really turned a corner in nailing paint app after paint app. Fett will be like the Clones and a home run.

Wow this is looking absolutely amazing..............


And i don't mind paying the extra 18 dollars for the exclusive vs retail but when you add that damm stupid pack out fee of 10 dollars to make sure your product and box does not get damaged, that fee is what pisses me off...

I mean i don't get that fee because with retailers not only do you save 10% but every retailer that i deal with puts the box in a box at no additional fee...

So sideshow if you dont want to give the 10% discount and are charging full retail, you seriously at minimum need to ship like every other retailer i have delt with does and ship like this without any additional pack out fees, come onn now.............

Does anyone else feel the same way about this 10 dollar pack out fee and it pisses you off as well ??

Anyway, I think he looks great...cannot wait for this one! For some reason, the $175 price doesn't seem like too much to me. My only worry is that I'm not sure I am digging the way the cape attaches...looks a little fragile to me. Hopefully that's not the case.

Oh i open mine as well but i also like my box to be in pristine condition as well.. now this would not be and issue if i was just to order one every once and a while but i currently have like 10 pre orders with them.. so it starts too add up you know ..


Oh and i forgot to mention that, about sideshow collectibles and customer service.. it is awesome just like you say

You are correct for what you get compared to the medicom that retails for 150 and this is goin to be an overall superior collectible, the 175 is not to much att all, An especially when it is boba fett
