How are people hiding the buttons on the vest and actually getting it to sit straight instead of separating in the middle?!?

Is the only way to get it to look right is changing out for a smaller body so the vest fits better?

Substituting the the HT Bespin sculpt is like swapping a McDonald's Hamburger on a plate at a steak restaurant, IMO. If you want something different/better, get a repaint on the SSC sculpt, at least it looks like Hamill. In all honesty, it's the difference between a 1 and a 10.

Why don't you let it go Pixel? Some people like the SSC sculpt, some people like the HT sculpt more.
It's subjective, I don't understand why it's upsets you to the point that you feel the need to keep bringing it up?

Have you seen Frozen?.... Let it go.. Let it go...
:lol

Just added another modification by angling the comm unit on Luke's hat......couldn't resist......

Great idea with the antennae! Will be doing. And GREAT futzing, best I've seen the stock figure looking. Add some snow and it will be killer!

Thanks, Wor-Gar. It was fun working on this figure. Being able to futz and modify these figures is a big reason why I'm in this hobby. It helps me relax and I have a blast making these figures my own:yess:

So, thanks for all the positive comments:hi5:

I removed all the buttons on the outfit. I was able to get the vest to seal properly and look more screen accurate.

TK0083 Sideshow should employ you in QC. For the prices these figures now cost I'd expect the quality of your futzed figure. You show how some small adjustments have made this a awesome figure.

That does look pretty good as a Jedi Luke head. I finally found a use for my old clear Medicom stands. What do you guys think?

Yup. It's the standard Medicom stand. I just cut the post in sections and drilled two more holes then super glued them in place.

Hey Rory. Did you modify the neck of your HT head when you put the Hoth gear on him? I can't remember how you did that. If so is there a thread I could check out? Thanks
