Just got mine, and mounted him on his Tauntaun. I think he looks great right out of the box. After hundreds of posts on how terrible his head sculpt was supposed to be, in person this is the best Luke I have seen. Han comes next week, and I feel much better now after seeing Luke.

So I reattached the scarf on the regular hatred head. I was thinking I could try the hasbro green tinted lenses on the SS goggles. Won't work. They are too small and won't fit all the way across. Seem like the right color though.

Also the Hasbro Hat is huge. As if anyone didn't know that. Here are a few pics to illustrate that.

I would just get a sheet of clear green styrene from Plastrux and cut it to fit with an exacto. You can probably find sheets at your local hobby shop.

Some action shots. The Hot Toys ankle/foot make posing so much easier!

You've really done a futzing miracle with this figure. Looks incredible, you should be very proud!

Thanks, Wor-Gar. It was fun working on this figure. Being able to futz and modify these figures is a big reason why I'm in this hobby. It helps me relax and I have a blast making these figures my own:yess:

So, thanks for all the positive comments:hi5:

Nice. Did you remove the buttons from the vest?

I removed all the buttons on the outfit. I was able to get the vest to seal properly and look more screen accurate.

I was never going to use the hatless head and my SSC Luke Bespin was in a storage bin, replaced by the Hot Toys figure in my display so I decided to combine the two (on a KP slim body). The combination actually turned out pretty darn good and kitbashed with a few of the Hot Toy Luke Bespin parts I think would result in a very nice version of Bespin Luke.

I've seen that head used for Jedi luke and it works pretty well

Yeah, it is somewhere between ESB and ROTJ. It's really an excellent Luke head - I'm liking it more and more, even if the skintone is ever so slightly too dark.

That's looking terrific though he does look a little thin.
