One thing I should point out, which you can kind of see in a couple of these pics is the way the iris in the eyes catches the light or flash from the camera, you get that cool "red eye" effect. Much better than PERS!

Yours is. Bobby's isn't. Brightened, cleaned up and highlighted. The pixel size is sharper on the eyes than the skin around it.
Don't fool a fooler. Respectfully....

Look at the size of the pixels on the eyebrow and compare them to the finer pixels in the eye. Busted!, cut and paste job. Anyhow it looks shopped.

Just present them as what they are. I'm really impressed by the amount of work you put into each one.

Yes, I concur. And Neo please post an unphotoshopped pic? I can see quite a bit of work has been done on those last shots. They are great! But would love to see done raw pics. Not going to happen I guess?

Sure PS can spice things up, but to be fair, a lot of times PS is also used for color correction etc to help make a pic look more like what it does in person.

Color correction is fine. But blurring, touching up, glowing and adding highlights and definition in the hair means we cannot discuss subjectively.

I really think neo is not doing any of that. This "blurring" you speak of is all done in camera. The way he uses depth of field is what makes his pictures so great.

And I don't understand, you have the prototype @ home so you can see that it's just like that

btw, I didn't really like post pics without photoshop, it's just boring for me and not interesting

I really think neo is not doing any of that. This "blurring" you speak of is all done in camera. The way he uses depth of field is what makes his pictures so great.

Some new RAW pics in different natural light setups. Just thought it would be good to show something new.
It looks very different depending on the light obviously. As you can tell I like the moodier dark type of pic!

Just curious what king of camera you are using. I'm guessing that your "RAW" pics look different than neo's "RAW" pics because he's using a Digital Single Lens Reflex camera and basically doing a professional level photo-shoot.

Heh, I was chuckling at it. So much fuss for the DOF. It's just how DSLR's work with the specific settings.

The one's thats complaining, he uses a Nikon D80. Read up on it.

Funny when some are nearly screaming it's always Photoshopped when his camera is doing the effects. Love it.

I guess some don't understand the angle of lighting neo's is and bobby's was? more light will show on neo's because neo's light is coming from the side front. Where bobby's was nearly quite a bit directly above. Bobby's eye sockets will have so much shadow then.

Take a torch and work it out for yourself.
