*olbertfrog edited the part where threatens to "make it his mission" to spoil other movies

Yeah, you seem really secure and well adjusted. How could I be so wrong? :lol

Thank you doctor, can we speak about my childhood and the animal killings in our next session please.

Goddamnit Bad Robot, just show us the monster (again)! The movie also better not skimp on big scale kaiju action.

I love the monster movie genre too much to ignore this when it's out. I might talk a big game right now but usually any decent reason to go to the movies I'm all for it so I'll give it a go

Another aspect is the soda you see in the trailer, Swamp Pop. Unlike Slusho, it’s a real soda and you can order four packs online. Needless to say, ARG chasers already have, and the soda comes with a puzzle piece from the same puzzle you see being assembled in the movie. The site even has a “long-term shelter supply” offer that’s sold out, and ties into what we suspect will be an important number for the ARG, 4813; 4813 also happens to be the number John Goodman plugs into the jukebox in the opening of the trailer.

None of the Cloverfield ARG websites have been updated in the last eight years, but last night some people who participated in the original viral or those who e-mailed Tagruato recently began getting a response from Tagruato:

Is this series so popular that it needs to be shrouded in all of this secrecy? I saw the first once around the time it came out and have no recollection of what happened or the desire to ever see it again.

Still not sure what this has to do with the first one, which I didn't really care much for. This looks more interesting to me.

I can only assume it deals with the fallout of the last one. Whether it's a legit monster/alien movie, or more of a paranoia/psychological kind of thing, I do not know. From the trailer I'd say mostly the later. Hopefully a little monster action in the 3rd act.

I thought it started like a month ago? People were sending FB messages to Slusho about some orders, and they responded with something like "sorry for the delays in delivery, we have weird atmospherical onditions in the pacific so we can't ship any for now" something like that.

That might be leftovers/carryover from Cloverfield? From the sounds of it, Slusho isn't involved in this one.

Really? Cause those messages people got were recent, like as soon as people saw the trailer they started sending them, they posted the screens and everything on 4chan.

I've been on some ruse cruises on 4chan and people have made connections to Slusho and Tagruato in this movie, including that maybe Goodman's character is or was an employee, can't remember the specifics.

I missed the last ARG but this stuff is pretty fun :lol
