I am not criticizing factory paint. You can only expect so much when something is mass produced. The color of Luke's tunic doesn't bother me. It's the change in the type of fabric used.

Correct there is only so much perfection you can expect with a mass produced item. When more realize this they'll enjoy their items more. Like I said I'm just the opposite on Luke.

Well at the worst scenerio for me if it's anything like the ANH Han Solo figure the head sculpt of Trevor's is definately still there. It'll just take a repaint to bring it out, I can live with that

90% of all statistics can be made up 50% of the time. :lol

Good one Josh.

I'm sure Indy will turn out great. I have faith in Sideshow. And this one is really a turning point. Indy and Clone Wars Obi are the first two to be in this new mold of what Sideshow will be giving us.... So those two I think will raise the bar in many ways.

Who says a delay will equal a better figure? I sure as hell haven't seen anything that shows that.

A delay was inevitable. SSC stuff tends to get delayed anyway, but being the first figure on the prometheus pretty much guaranteed it.

Do we have evidence that anything gets delayed because of improvements? More likely, things get delayed because the factory is behind on schedule.

October??? JESUS!

This figure may not even ship before KOTCS hits DVD/Blu-ray.

:banghead

Anything short of perfection....

Honestly, you guys won't want to be around here to deal with me if that happens. I'll napalm Sideshow if they screw this one up, especially after a delay.

Okay guys. I think some of us to calm down. Yes this SUCKS, but there is nothing we can do about it. Sideshow usually does a good job with figures. Yes, there are exceptions. It happens. We don't need a list of ones that aren't what we wanted. But before condemning them, let's wait and see the figure in hand. It will more than likely be worth the wait.
