:rotfl That is awesome.

problem is...the long hair Jesus is the Anti-Christ...Jesus did not have long hair...and while the MAINSTREAM portrays Jesus with long hair, it does not mean he had long hair

I Corinthians 11:14
"Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?"

If Jesus had long hair, that makes him a Hyppocrite and a liar?..Jesus absolutely did NOT have long hair

Hello, I am sorry but i have to comment on this. Paul was writing to Corinth where the men who had long hair were male prostitutes. Paul was not writing that long hair was bad, just that the men in Corinth should not grow their hair long less the be considered a prostitute. When looking at scripture everyone needs to look at the context and the audience. If we dont as Christ-followers we look silly and ignorant. Some though will think that about us no matter what. All I am saying is please when quoting scripture, make sure you know what it is saying not what it appears to be at the surface. :1-1:

Oh boy, Hitler and Jesus do have something in common after all : neither can have a figure made of them without their respective SSF threads becoming soap-boxes for politics and religion.

Memo to y'all: politics and religion are thread killers.

hey man all i was saying was for people to be careful what they quote and make sure they know what it means before quoting. no soapbox here. im not trying to make any other point than that.

These types of discussions don't usually get of of hand until the non-believer side comes in and starts mocking people who try to follow Christ.

They mock, name call and many other things. In return we give back the word and get called names for it. That's where and how these discussions go downhill fast.

Hmmmm Doth not even NATURE itself teach you?

And I repectfully disagree,Where does Paul mention anything about prostitutes in the entire chapter 11??? He is talking about the Christian Order...if you read the entire passage in context, its explains A woman's covering etc....read the next verse after verse 14

15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for [her] hair is given her for a covering.

I didnt give Scripture out of context at all! :) I think you got the Chapters mixed...Chapter 11 teaches whats proper

Well, for non-believers or people of faith, the adage is the same: figure-collecting forums are about figures :peace

Edit: that goes double for you Teemu! :lol

Its a nice looking figure. Have no interest in owning this figure myself but for anyone that does thats totally awesome.

Edit: Figure this thread has a just about reached its life span. :lol

Then there should be no "other" forum or "sandbox" forum. There should be figure forums and figure forums ONLY.

I don't see the problem with discussing anything as long as it's kept civil. The problem is the non-belief side usually has to resort to name calling most of the time.

But the Figure is a BIBLICAL Figure, which the next Figure scheduled is Jesus...I believe the topics discussed here are quite appropiate in regards to the Figures itself

I want my 12" Jesus having Short hair like the Bible teaches

whats so wrong about that? :1-1:

So anyway.... who here has seen how awesome The Ten Commandments looks on Blu Ray?

Exactly! and It has been Civil so far!

:slap So I guess the irony is completely and utterly lost on you that you are using an Israeli flag as your personal icon, yet are contrasting "non-believers" with "people who try to follow Christ".

Jews, whether practising or all wicked, secular types with our "fleshly, worldy desire",...not so big on the Jesus, well except for this guy:

Well, as a non-believer, no interest. However it looks like a quality figure. Anything that can add to the 1/6 collecting world and whatnot.

I gotta get that. I bet it looks great cleaned up a bit in HD.

Man, they did a brilliant job with the restoration. I've never seen one of my favorite films look that good. The colors are extremely vibrant and everything just pops with depth and detail.

It almost looks like it could have been shot yesterday. Except with a better story and acting than most other recent movies.

When have you been mocked and called names for your beliefs? I'm a non-believer and have never done that to anyone. But then again I'm usually too busy hanging out at Starbucks drinking my $9 cup of coffee while talking on my iPhone and surfing the web on my Macbook.
