Xbox360:
Pros: None
Cons: Hardware failure rate is HUGE issue, made by Microsoft, does not play high-def movies, need to actually pay for online, again made by Micro^^^^^. Halo, the most overrated series ever.

PS3:
Pros: Blu-ray player, plays PSX, PS2, and PS3 games. Upscales old PSX, PS2, and DVDs. Online is free, hardware is more reliable since it is made by Sony. Has MGS4, Tekken, Killzone, Gran Turismo, God of War, Twisted Metal and others among Naughty Dog and Insomniac, two of the best game developers out there.
Cons: None.

Basically it always boils down to this simple concept: Import always better than domestic. It applies to cars, it applies to beer, and it applies to video games.

Whats even better is some of you points are not even 100% true and its not a opinion that says that its FACT. Not all PS3s have the ability to play PS2 games and going forward they won't.


Ok a realistic version

Pros: More games, better online gaming.
Cons: Hardware failure rate is an issue, need to actually pay for online,

PS3:
Pros: Blu-ray player, Online is free, hardware is more reliable so far.
Cons: Poor online infrastructure.

Oh an dSony is considered the devil of Consumer Electronics just like Microsoft is the devil of computer companies.

If the 360 Online is a con because you pay I'd rather pay and get what they have than Free and what Sony has.

I would say its a con but the ability you get with the online is a pro. So the pro for PS3 is free, and the con is thats its not snuff. Thats realistic.

Yea, X360 Live is the best online service in the business (excluding PC). Sony really needs to kick their @$$ into gear to compete with it. And it's what, like $5/month, that's nothing.

And more games in this case does mean better games, did you forget the other thread? There's more highly rated games for the Xbox 360 than there are for the POS3.

LOL, not my fault some people don't want to dish out money for a quality system. You can't afford it, not my fault, buy the bare bones system. Because yea know the 360 supports the first one still right? The backwards compatibility of the 360 is worst than the newer models of the PS3.

Yea and half of the games are special editions of the same games, doesn't count champ. Cut the number down by half.
