The moment this arrived I just needed to paint this fantastic sculpts its a work of art. Its going to be very hard for Hot Toys too make this sculpt better lol.

The only inaccuracy I see is that the hair doesn't cover the tops of his ears. Other than that it's superb.

Still waiting for beto's outfit before I paint mine. I want to get the neck trimmed just right first without risk of paint damage.

I think for this sculpt, the eyes need to bee looking a little up as it is based on this scene:

Greggo's paint job is fantastic, but something was throwing it off for me. ^^^That's it.



The truth is that eye placement is up to the painter/customer, and some may prefer the eyes looking a different direction. But I think Adam got it right:

Well either way works yes, but i just think the eyes looking up 'completes' the expression and adds that bit of extra character to the piece.

sculpt itself doesn't imply such an expression.

IM0 you painted it in the most advantageous way.
And I love his crazy face! Have many goosebumps when he doing it in the movie

THose pics you posted are not exactly the same expression - this expression a more a wry half smile than the full smiles you posted. Still, more a personal preferance than anything else to have the eyes painted that way.

Now HT better release the damn figure so I can use this head!
