Never heard of him ... but I definitely had one, so he apparently looked cool enough for my parents or me to want to buy him. He got killed by GI Joe and/or the Justice League more than once. Guess he looked kinda villainish to me.

Street Sharks!

OMG street sharks i had a couple of the, and the teen with the hoverboard.

I remember i had a transformer knock-off thing that was this long tank like thing with a cockpit sticking out the front like a nose and the tank treads would fold so it was on all fours and in could stand like a tower and open up to play inside, it was huge, and i had an animated batman and catwoman 3 inch figures, batmans cape was hard plastic and would clip on to his neck, i used to play with them in the christmas tree.

what's funny is about 5 or 6 years ago kay-bee toys was selling a similar knock off version but in a camo color with some bunkers & all the little pick up doodads that the original had...............& i bought it for my nephew............we break it out every now and again just for the ____s and grins of it all.....
