I picked up my first Mondo piece in the Cap variant. I'm extremely excited to get this in a few days! I paid $200 for it, which yes, it was $110 originally, but $200 was an extremely good price for the variant that is signed and numbered by Tyler Stout.

I also have Tyler Stout's "Herja" which is an awesome piece. Now I want the Iron Man piece.

$200 is a VERY good price for that. Congrats. They really are amazing in person.

That looks great. Wanted to get Dumbo for my daughters room but it was sold out already.

I'm not sure there is a good method to get a poster direct from them. Then 1/2 end up on ebay at inflated prices. Ruins the enjoyment of the posters. I don't even know why I get my hopes up...:gah:

Hang in there. It definitely gets frustrating at times, but you'll be surprised after awhile when you start to snag more and more. (Maybe it's luck at times, but still.) When one does pop up, I normally don't have much trouble anymore. (Thankfully, I haven't been too impressed with some of the releases lately, so I'm not missing too many. :lol)

Well the first problem is that they do them completely at random, which I understand is so that people don't all load up on their servers at once, but all this really does is allow the "flippers' who flip for a living to sit around and buy up 5 when they get the chance. Everyone else who works and can't sit around on twitter 24/7 ends up screwed because we have to buy these posters at exorbitant prices. The flippers ruin everything. I don't know how they sleep at night being so sleazy...

99% of the time they're sold by the time I get home from work

Struzan's Frankenstein is being sold tonight at a screening of the film at the New Beverly. Can't tickets online, or else I'd buy one and drive down there.
