That's a tough one... It's the Oyaloper, some kind of Mortis Interloper bot designed to infiltrate the Tomorrow Kings and pose as an Oyabun (commanding officer) within their ranks. Tomorrow Kings are genetically bred autistic warriors, made to fight the robots in the Popbot universe of Ashley Wood.
This particular Interloper, is somehow connected to the '7 Bones', a group of rogue TKs.
Since the original TKs where very popular, but all gone, Ashley Wood decided he should make a new batch for all the people that missed out, and so he created the 7 bones.
